How credits work
One request, one credit
Each CAD Genie request uses 1 credit. A request with images uses 2 credits per image, up to 4 images.
Fixes are free
If CAD Genie’s first attempt does not build, it corrects it once before replying, at no extra credit.
No answer, no charge
A request that times out, or that CAD Genie can’t answer, costs no credit.
Monthly allowance
Free accounts get 25 credits a month and Pro accounts 400. The allowance renews at the start of each month.
Only CAD Genie uses credits
Modelling, stress studies and STEP or STL export never use credits.
