Tractors, trailers, machines, racking, fixtures, fittings. We draw your actual product line to the manufacturer's dimensions, so your team picks from a list instead of starting from a blank screen. Every part already knows its own weight, clearance and mounting points.

Your rules, checked as you go

Legal limits, clearances, load ratings, code minimums, your own in-house standards. The tool checks itself as the job is put together and flags a problem the moment it appears, not after the drawing has gone out the door.

A dispatcher picks a tractor, a trailer and any jeeps or boosters from a catalog of real equipment. Every unit already carries its bumper-to-back-of-cab, wheelbase, axle spacing, deck height and tare weight, sourced from manufacturer specifications rather than typed in from memory.

The plugin assembles the configuration, computes overall length, width, height and per-group axle loading, then checks the result against provincial legal limits. It tells you exactly which thresholds you crossed and by how much, before the load is booked.

What used to be a spreadsheet, a tape measure and a phone call to the permit office is now a dropdown and an export button.

Layout Concept — illustrative only

The user drags racking, conveyor, work cells and machinery onto a floorplan. The plugin holds the rules in the background: aisle width for the forklift class in use, fire-lane separation, dock approach depth, and the service envelope every machine needs around it.

Move a rack and the clearances re-check themselves. Pallet positions, usable floor area and capacity update as the layout changes, so two options can be compared in the same session instead of two site visits.
